Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 4 egg whites (beat and add one egg at a time)
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 box strawberry jello
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (including juice)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix, oil, water, jello, strawberries w/juice. Then add one egg white beaten at a time. Bake in 9 x 13 pan. Do not open oven while cake is baking.
Frosting: one box powdered sugar, one stick butter – cream together. Mix in ½ cup frozen strawberries – minus 2 tablespoons of juice.
