Classic Dijon Vinaigrette

Salad dressing for greens or Nicoise potato salad

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. white wine or balsamic vinegar
• 2 TB Grey Poupon mustard
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 TB honey
• 1 1/4 c. olive oil
• 1/4 t. white pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Blend first 4 ingredients in blender until well blended. Add oil & pepper, blend 15 sec.
