Bourbon Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafer (crumb consistency)
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar, 10X
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa(Hersheys)
  • 1 tablespoon White Corn Syrup

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 1st 4 ingredients. Mix 1 Tbsp. white corn syrup(Karo) and 1/4 cup bourbon(we use a little more-probably 1/2 cup) together. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Form into small balls and allow to dry on cookie sheets. Then roll in powdered sugar. Store in covered container.
