Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- 4 cups chunked rhubarb
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Pastry for latticed top pie

Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg. Beat into the eggs. Stir in rhubarb. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter. Top with lattice crust.
