  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 slightly beaten eggs
  • 4 cups chunked rhubarb
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Pastry for latticed top pie

Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg. Beat into the eggs. Stir in rhubarb. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter. Top with lattice crust.
