Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 3 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 5-6 Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbs. Cinnamon
  • 5 Tbs. Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all cake ingredients except apples and mix well. Pour 1/2 of batter into greased and floured tube pan. Spread 1/2 of apples over batter. Sprinkle with topping over apples. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
