Old Fashioned Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 stick butter
• 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter sugar and peanut butter. Mix in well egg and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Mix into butter sugar mixture. Chill 1 hour. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes-- Golden not brown.
