Ingredients
- 1 lb Cream Cheese
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 3 eggs
- Graham Cracker Crust
- 1/2 pt sour cream
- 2 T powdered sugar
- 1 T sherry
Preparation
Step 1
Blend first 4 ingredients in an electric beater until smooth and creamy. Pour into Graham Cracker Crust in a 2" Spring Form pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until firm. Cool for 5 min. Then mix well sour cream, powdered sugar and sherry. Pour over cheesecake and return to oven for 5 minutes. Refrigerate before serving.
