Ingredients
- Cake Mix:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 bag chocolate morsels
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup reserved coffee cooled
- 2 eggs (or amount of eggs required on cake mix box)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (or amount required on cake box)
- Topping:
- 1 stick butter
- 12 oz chopped nuts of your choice
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Icing:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 to 4 tablespoons water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together cake ingredients and mix together for time specified on cake box.
Bring butter to room temperature and whip with brown sugar until fluffy. Add chopped nuts.
Grease bundt pan. Put topping on the bottom of the pan. Cover with cake mixture and bake for the time specified on cake box.
While baking prepare icing by adding liquid slowly to powdered sugar until you reach desired consistancy. When cake has cooled, place display dish or cake dish on top of bundt pan and flip. Tap on all sides with butter knife and lift pan. Drizzle with icing if desired.
