Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/4 cups skim milk
- 1/2 cup canola oil
Preparation
Step 1
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Mix eggs, milk, and oil; add all at once to dry ingredients, beating only till moistened. Bake in pre-heated baker.
