Ingredients
- Mash: 2 ripe bananas with 1/2 tsp baking soda and set aside.
- Cream : 1/4 cup oil with 1/2 cup sugar, add 1 egg with 3 tbsp milk and 2 tbsp water.
- Then add the above mixed bananas.
- Mix : 1 3/4 cups flour, pinch of salt and 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. Add 1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts. Add this mixture to the above banana mixture.
Preparation
Step 1
Place in a square pan
and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Frost with white icing.
