Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
Sift together dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk, and salad oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Bake on hot griddle. Makes about 12 dollar size or 8 4-inch pancakes.
