Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter melted and more for greasing
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Generously grease six 6-ounce custard cups. Beat eggs slightly. Beat in remaining ingredients with hand beater just until smooth ( Do Not Over Beat). Fill custard cups about 1/2 full. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes longer or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cups. Serve Hot.
