Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 2 cups celery
  • 1/2 cup blanched slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Step 1

Mix above ingredients. Make a white sauce using 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons flour, and 1 cup milk. Toss white sauce into chicken mixture with ½ cup mayonnaise. Place in 9x13 baking dish and top with cheese and chips. Bake.
