Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 lg egg
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour, Sometimes a little sprinkling more flour just to make dough workable and not too sticky but go very easy and try to use as little extra as possible
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Preparation
Step 1
In bread machine pan, put all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer.
Select dough setting.
When cycle is completed, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface.
Divide dough into 24 portions.
Shape dough into balls.
Place in a greased 13 inch by 9 inch baking pan.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 to 1 1/2 hours till doubled in size.
Bake at 375 degrees for 13-16 minutes or until golden brown.
