Ingredients

  • 1 c old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1/2 c PB
  • 1/2 c ground flaxseed
  • 1 c shredded coconut
  • 1/3 c honey
  • 1/2 tbsp. Brewer's Yeast
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c mini-chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine the dry ingredients in mixer: oatmeal, coconut, chocolate chips, brewers yeast and flax seed

2. Add the PB, honey and vanilla and turn mixer on low (or stir together)

3. refrigerate mixture for at least 1 hour.

4. Remove from the fridge and roll the mixture into 1 inch balls.
