Filling used for Boston Cream Pie or anything else that can use custard filling. Family recipe.

Ingredients
- 1/3 c sugar
- 2 T flour
- salt
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 3/4 c Scalded milk
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 c whipped cream
Preparation
Step 1
Fold all ingredients together into 1/2 c whipped cream.
