Ingredients
- 1 can 15 oz. reduced fat creamy potato soup
- 1 c. reduced fat sour cream
- 1 T. flour
- 1/2 t. garlic salt
- 1 pkg. 24 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 c. reduced fat cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Combine soup, sour cream, flour & garlic salt. Fold in hash browns & cheddar cheese. Press into 9 X 13" pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan & paprika. Bake 350˚ for 50-60 minutes.
