Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can 15 oz. reduced fat creamy potato soup
  • 1 c. reduced fat sour cream
  • 1 T. flour
  • 1/2 t. garlic salt
  • 1 pkg. 24 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 c. reduced fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Combine soup, sour cream, flour & garlic salt. Fold in hash browns & cheddar cheese. Press into 9 X 13" pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan & paprika. Bake 350˚ for 50-60 minutes.
