Bechamel or White Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs butter
  • 2 tbs plain flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a saucepan at once, over a medium heat and whisk until thick.
Once thick and simmering cook for 2 minutes to cook the flour out.
