Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans
- 2 tea. fresh lime juice
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar
- 1 can chopped chilies
- 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 avocada, diced small
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 green onions, chiopped
- tortilla chips for serving
Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl, combine beans, lime juice and 2 Tbsp. water; season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving dish. Top with sour cream, cheese, chilies, tomatoes, avocado, lettuce and green onions.
Serve with tortilla chips
