3 Quick Glazes

These sweet-sour glazes are great on grilled shrimp, turkey, beef, chicken and pork, as well as salmon. When grilling, brush glaze on all sides 2 minutes before meat/fish finishes cooking, then brush again right after removing from the grill. For roasted salmon, brush fish with glaze before cooking.

Ingredients
- Orange Mustard
- In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup orange marmalade and 1 1/2 tsp grainy mustard
- Soy-Ginger
- In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup orange marmalade, 1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce and 1 tsp. grated peeled fresh ginger
- Chipotle-Lime
- Ina small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup orange marmalade, 1 1/2 teaspoons liquid from chipotle chiles in adobo, and 1 tsp. fresh lime juice.
