Creamy Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

  • 3 squares unsweetened Choc melted
  • 1/2 c melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 3 1/2 c powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c milk

Preparation

Step 1

melt chocolate in a double boiler, add 1/2 c butter and stir til melted. remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. When cooler beat in 1 egg, add vanilla. Beat in powdered sugar alternating with milk until all incorporated and fluffy.

Refrigerate frosted cake.
Frosts 2 layer cake. Use 1/2 recipe for 9x13 sheet pan
