SPEEDY PASTA AND CHEESE

Quick and easy... one pot supper!!

Ingredients

• 3 - Ìtalian sausage
• 1 - 750 ml jar of pasta sauce
• 4 cups penne pasta
• 1 chopped green pepper
• 1 chopped red pepper
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 cup grated Italian cheese mix
• 1 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage in large pot. Remove fat. Add pasta sauce, 4 cups of water and pasta. Cook 10 minutes. Add vegetables. Cook for 10 minutes. Add cheese and heat till melted. Serve
