Ingredients
- 2 eggs, serarated
- 1 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 C vegetable oil
- 1 3/4 C flour
- 1 T baking powder
- 1 T sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Set aside.
In medium-size bowl, beat egg yolks until thick and lemon coloured. Continue beating, adding milk and vegetable oil. Add dry ingredients, beat until smooth. Fold in beaten egg whites.
