Ingredients

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1⁄3 sweetened condensed milk
  • Powdered cinnamon for garnishing

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl: add sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup of milk. Mix well. ­
In a pan: add rice, 3 cups of milk, 1 stick of cinnamon and cook over medium heat until the milk has almost fully evaporated. ­
Before the rice dries in the pan, add the sweetened condensed milk mix. Stir until the rice becomes very creamy. ­
Garnish with powdered cinnamon and serve.
