Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 2 lb potatoes
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 c milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans creamed corn
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat. Cook potatoes and mash, adding butter, salt and pepper.
In a casserole dish, add meat, then corn, then potatoes. Dot potatoes with butter.
Bake @350 F for 30 minutes.
