Breaky in a Skillet

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon, diced
  • 1 C frozen hash bronws
  • 1/4 C chopped onion
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 C water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dill

Preparation

Step 1

In large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crip. Remove from pan and drain off all but 3 T drippings. Add hashbrowns and onions and cook until potatoes begin to brown. Beat eggs with water, salt and dill. Stir in bacon. Pour into skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally until eggs are cooked through.
