Potato Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 stick butter
• 1 cup crushed potato chips
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1-6oz. Pkg butterscotch chips
• 2 cups flour sifted with
• 1 tsp baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 °
Cream sugars,butter and eggs
Add sifted flour and baking soda,potato chips, and butterscotch chips
Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 10 minutes at 350 °
