- Rosemary Butter
- 1/2 c butter
- 1-3 t fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- Mix together until blended. Good on fish & other seafood or almost any vegetable.

Rosemary Salt
1/2 c finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
2 T kosher salt
Mix together thoroughly. Pack into clean glass jar. Cover & store at room temperature away from direct light or heat. Can be stored indefinitely at room temperature. Use on roasted potatoes, chicken, lamb, etc.
