Ingredients
- Sourdough bread-at least 1 slice per person
- Olive oil
- Garlic Salt
- Fine Herbs (equal parts dried parsley, chervil, chives and tarragon, mixed well.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Place the bread slices on baking sheets. With a pastry brush, brush each slice of bread with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt and smattering of fine herbs. Bake for 10 min., until bread just begins to brown.
