Ingredients
- 6 oz dark chocolate
- 2 T almond-flavoured liqueur or orange-flavoured
- 3 T sweet butter
- 1/4 C icing sugar
- 1/2 C ground almonds
- 1 3/4 oz grated milk chocolate
Preparation
Step 1
Melt dark chocolate with the liqueur in a bowl set over saucepan of hot water, stirring until well combined.
Add teh butter and stir until it has melted. Stir in icing sugar and ground almonds.
Leave the mixture in a cool place until firm enough and roll into 24 balls.
Place the grated chocolate on a plate and roll the truffles in the chocolate to coat.
Place in paper candy cased and chill.
