Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups elbow macaroni
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 cup sweet pickle juice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- 3 sweet pickles, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain macaroni. In a bowl, combine mayo, pickle juice, salt and pepper. Stir in cheese, eggs, and pickles. Add macaroni, toss. Refrigerate 2 hours. SERVE & ENJOY...
