Ingredients
- 2 oz smoked bacon
- 2 oz cooked ham
- 10 oz minced veal
- 1/4 tsp Mund saffron
- 5 oz fresh tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of Thyme
- 2 1/2 cups stock
- 2/3 cup rice
- 1/4 cup onions
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Dice the bacon, fry in its own fat for 5 minutes in the ActiFry pan. Remove as soon as its starts to color.
Gently fry the finely chopped onions in the bacon fat, add the rice and brown for 2 minutes.
Peel the tomatoes, dice the flesh, finely chop the garlic clove and mix it all in with the rice.Pour on the stock, and add the thyme and saffron. Stir well. Leave to cook 20 minutes.
