Ingredients
- 2 c 8oz mozzarella
- 1 pkg 10oz chopped spinach
- 1 pkg 10oz sweet corn
- Both thawed and well drained
- 1/4 c shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 carton 15oz ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 c Italian style stewed tomatoes
- 1 c 8oz tomato sauce
- 1 tsp dried basil

Preparation
Step 1
Heat 375, mix 1 c mozzarella cheese, spinach, corn, ricotta and egg. Place about 1/2 c mixture down center or each tortilla, roll lightly arrange seam side down in greased 13x9 pan, mix tomatoes, tomato sauce, and basil, spoon over tortilla, sprinkle with remaining cheese's bake 30 minutes.
