Ingredients
- 1 flank steak
- 3/4 c vegetable oil
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 2 T white vinegar
- 2 T onion flakes
- 1 T garlic flakes
- 1 1/2 T ground ginger

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Pound steak a little to flatten & add to marinade. Marinate for at least 4 hrs. up to 36 hrs.
Broil 6 min on one side; turn & broil 4 min on other side.
Slice on bias (45 degree angle). Serve.
