Ingredients
- 1 bottle of soy sauce
- 1 bottle of Worcestershire sauce
- 6 cups water
- 3 cans of beer (dark)
- Lawry's and Seasoned Pepper (or other dry rubs)
- Garlic
- Maybe some onion

Preparation
Step 1
Bring meat to room temp
Salt, pepper, season
Mix all ingredients above in stock pot
Let soak for an hour
Boil until meat reduces (a few hours)
Remove from pot
Cover in desired sauce
Bake for a while until warm through
