Ground Beef Stroganoff Crock-Pot

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, canned, sliced, drained
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup beef bouillon
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 cup sour cream, light, mixed with flour
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef in large skillet; add onions, garlic and mushrooms. Saute until onion is golden brown. Drain if necessary, blot. Put in crock-pot with all remaining ingredients except sour cream mixed with flour. Stir thouroughly. Cover and cook on Low 7 to 9 hours. (High: 3 hours). Stir in sour cream 1 hour before serving. Serve over hot noodles.

Serving Ideas : Serve over cooked noodles.
