Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 cups flour
- 1 t. sugar
- 3/4 t. salt
- 3 T. olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water (105 - 115 degrees). Set aside for 5 minutes.
2. In a food processor mix together the flour, sugar and salt.
3. Add yeast and water mixture to dry ingredients, mix.
4. Add olive oil slowly to the mixture through the top of the food processor until dough forms a ball.
5. Knead on floured surface until dough doesn't stick.
6. Coat large bowl with a thin layer of olive oil. Place dough in bowl and turn to coat.
7. Proof in a warm place for 1 hour. A warming drawer is ideal.
8. Divide in half and roll dough to desired size. Top with favorite pizza toppings.
9. Bake at 450 for 10 - 12 minutes.
