Forgotten Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 c. nuts
  • Coconut to taste (opt.)

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites and salt until stiff. Gradually add sugar. Fold in nuts, coconut and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonful onto foil lined cookie sheet. Turn oven off. Bake for 4 hours or overnight.
