Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh mushrooms (about 24 medium)
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/4 c diced onion
- 2/3 c diced cooked ham
- 1/3 c grated Parsmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tbs minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Remove stems from mushrooms and dice. Set mushroom caps aside. Melt 1/4 c butter in skillet, add onion, saute until tender. Add mushroom pieces and saute until tender. Transfer to small bowl, stir in ham and next 4 ingredients.
Melt remaining butter. Add mushroom caps and cook until well coated and slightly tender.
Arrange in a lightly greased baking dish and stuff with ham mixture.
Bake 425* for 8-10 minutes
