Ingredients
- 2 Lg pkgs of cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch fresh organic basil washed & torn
- 16 oz mozzarella pearls or mozzarella balls halved
- 100 ml EVOO (VOMM FASS Pepone)
- 50 ml good balsamic vinegar (VOMM FASS Aceto Balsamico Maletti)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine tomatoes, basil & cheese in Lg bowl. Add oil & stir to coat. Finish with vinegar.
