Dill Carrots

Cold salad. Great for picnics. Five minutes prep.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup White wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Whole dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp Mixed pickling spices
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 16 oz Baby carrots

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 6 ingredients in large saucepan; bring to boil.

Add carrots; cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 - 12 minutes or until crisp-tender.

Remove from heat and chill.

Serve with slotted spoon. Garnish with dill sprigs if desired.
