Low Carb Sweetened Condensed Milk

Ingredients

• I did:
• 1 1 1 can of table cream
• 2/3 2/3 1 2 sweetener (I used 1 Tbls erythritol and 2 drops Ez-Sweetz)
• 2 2 2 Tbls zero-carb vanilla whey pp (in place of plain pp and vanilla extract)
• 1/8 1/8 1/8 tsp glucomannan powder (to thicken)
