Ingredients
- 3 ripe avacados
- 1 diced tomato
- Juice of one lime
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons grated onion (about 1/4 regular sized onion)
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno diced
- 1 teaspoon jalapeno juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon cayene pepper
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Add together all ingredients with the exception of avacado.
Put into plastic bag and marrinate for one hour.
After one hour, mash up tomatoes in bag.
Cut avacado in half, taken out seed by stabbing quickly with knife and twisting.
Spoon avacado into a bowl.
Mash together with ingredients from bag.
Mash until you get desired consistancy.
Add more cayene pepper if you desire more heat.
