Ingredients
- 6 slices white bread
- 1 c milk
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c minced flatleaf parsley
- 3/4 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/4 t. seasoned salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 10 thin slices bacon
- 1-1/2 c ketchup
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 1 t dry mustard
- 1/2 t hot sauce

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Pour milk over bread slices in a small bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Combine bread, beef and next 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Shape mixture into a 9x5" loaf. Place on lightly greased rack in a foil-lined broiler pan. Arrange bacon over loaf horizontally overlapping slices and tucking under loaf. Whisk ketchup and remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour 1/3 of the mixture over top of loaf; spread to cover. Bake 45 minutes. Pour remaining 1/3 of the mixture over the top. Bake 15 more minutes or until meat thermometer comes out at 160. Let stand for 10 minutes. Slice and serve with remaining sauce.
