Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups flour
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 package vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup fresh sliced strawberries

Step 1

Combine flour, butter, pecans, and brown sugar. Mix with hands until crumbly. Press mixture against sides and bottom of pan. Bake 15 minutes. Bake with smaller pie pan pressed firmly against inside crust.

Whip cream, add sugar. Add milk to pudding mix – mix one minute. Fold in whipped cream and strawberries. Add to baked crust. Refrigerate.
