Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes
- fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- green onions
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 lb. fresh shrimp, uncooked
- salt and pepper
- fresh parmasan cheese
- Pasta- cooked
- sliced black olives for color
Preparation
Step 1
Cook 1st 5 ingredients until tomatoes are done. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Serve over pasta and fresh parm. cheese.
