Ingredients
- 3/4 cup avacado flesh, ver ripe but not brown
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar or honey
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tea. baking soda
- chocolat chip or dark chocolat chunks

Step 1
1. preheat oven to 350. mix avacado and sugar together ntil smooth. mix in egg
2. mix in cocoa piwder and baking soda. stir in chunks
3. line baking sheet with parchment. use 2 spoons to place dollops of dough on cookie sheet. flatten out a bit with back of spoon.
4. bake 8-10 minutes
5. cool. store in airtight container in fridge
