Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 Tbsp Za'atar seasoning
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 450. Place cauliflower on sheet pan; drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper & za'atar. Toss to thoroughly coat.
2. Arrange in single, even layer and roast, stirring halfway through, 18-20 minutes, or until lightly browned and tender when pierced with a fork. Remove from oven; transfer to serving dish.
