Halibut Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs Fresh Halibut
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • 6 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Tartar Sauce
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese, for topping

Preparation

Step 1

Slice halibut into 8-8 ounce fillets. Mix 1 cup flour with parmesan cheese.

Mix eggs with milk to make an eggwash.

Coat fillets with remaining cup of flour, dip in eggwash, then in flour and cheese mixture.

Preheat electric skillet to 350 degrees. Add oil to coat the skillet. Grill fish until golden brown, about 4 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with tartar sauce on the side and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
