Red Skin Potatoes with Chives & Cheddar

Ingredients

  • 2 containers Bob Evans red skin potatoes
  • 2-4 T chives
  • 4 T sour cream
  • 2-4 T butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Cook potatoes as directed on pkg (3 min in microwave). Place potatoes in baking dish & add chives, sour cream, butter, salt & pepper. Mix. Top with 1/4 c cheese.

Bake at 350 for about 10 min.
